How do I register to bid?
Create an account on our website or visit one of our locations. New bidders may need to provide identification and a credit card for approval. Registration is typically completed within 24 hours.
Can I bid online for live auctions?
Yes, all live auctions are available for online bidding in real-time. You can also leave absentee bids in advance or arrange telephone bidding for high-value lots.
What is the buyer's premium?
The buyer's premium is 26% of the hammer price up to $1,000,000, 21% from $1,000,001 to $6,000,000, and 15% above $6,000,000. This is added to your winning bid to calculate the total purchase price.
Selling & Consigning
How do I consign items for auction?
Contact our consignment team or submit images through our website. Our specialists will evaluate your piece and provide a preliminary estimate. If suitable, we'll arrange a consignment agreement for an upcoming sale.
What are the seller's fees?
Seller's commission varies based on the value and category of your property. High-value consignments often qualify for reduced rates. Insurance and shipping fees may also apply. Contact us for a personalized quote.
How long does it take to receive payment?
Consignors typically receive payment 35 days after the auction, provided the buyer has paid in full. We offer advance payment options for significant consignments upon request.
Shipping & Collection
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using specialized fine art shippers. Our logistics team can arrange door-to-door delivery with full insurance coverage. Export licenses and customs documentation are handled on your behalf.
Can I pick up my purchase in person?
Yes, you may collect purchases from our saleroom after full payment. Please schedule collection in advance. Items must be collected within 30 days of the auction to avoid storage fees.
