Introducing Our 2024 Anniversary Ale
To celebrate our 6th year, we've crafted something truly special.
Six years ago, we opened our doors with a simple mission: craft exceptional beer using the finest local ingredients. Today, we're thrilled to celebrate this milestone with a beer that represents everything we've learned along the way.
The Making of Anniversary Ale
Our Anniversary Ale started its journey 18 months ago. We brewed a Belgian strong ale with a complex grain bill featuring Pilsner malt, Munich malt, and a touch of Belgian candi sugar. After primary fermentation with our house Belgian yeast strain, we transferred the beer to freshly emptied bourbon barrels from a distillery in Kentucky.
"This beer represents everything we love about craft brewing—patience, quality ingredients, and a willingness to take risks." — Sarah Chen, Head Brewer
Tasting Notes
The result is a complex, warming ale with layers of flavor. On the nose, you'll find vanilla and caramel from the bourbon barrels, intertwined with dark fruit and subtle spice from the Belgian yeast. The taste delivers on that promise, with rich toffee, dried cherry, and a warming alcohol presence that's remarkably smooth for a 10.5% ABV beer.
Limited Release
We only produced 500 bottles of Anniversary Ale, and they'll be available exclusively at our taproom starting March 15th—our actual anniversary date. Each bottle is hand-numbered and comes with a commemorative label designed by local artist Emma Rodriguez.
Bottles will be $25 each, limit 2 per person. We'll also have it on draft in the taproom for those who want to try before they buy.
Thank You
None of this would be possible without our amazing community. To everyone who's visited our taproom, bought our beer, or simply spread the word—thank you. Here's to six more years of great beer and even better memories.
