Our 14-day free trial includes full access to all Pro plan features: unlimited conversations, advanced analytics, custom branding, all integrations, and priority email support. You can test everything without any limitations or credit card requirements. After the trial, choose the plan that works best for your business.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. If you exceed your conversation limit, we won't cut you off - we'll continue service and you can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional conversations at $0.10 per conversation. We want to ensure your customers always receive support.
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade or cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We'll prorate any credits if you upgrade mid-cycle. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
