By accessing or using the Copper & Oak Distillery website, making purchases, or visiting our distillery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol products, participate in tastings, or consume alcohol at our distillery. By placing an order or participating in tastings, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request valid identification to verify your age at any time.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and federal regulations, we can only ship alcohol to certain states. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages refused or undeliverable due to recipient unavailability.

Distillery Visits

Tours and Tastings

Tour schedules and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or limit tour capacity at our discretion. Refunds will be provided for tours cancelled by us.

Conduct

Visitors must follow all safety instructions provided by staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask visitors to leave for inappropriate conduct, intoxication, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Photography

Personal photography is permitted in most areas. Commercial photography requires prior written approval. By sharing photos taken at our distillery on social media, you grant us permission to use those images.

Responsible Drinking

We promote responsible drinking. We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone who appears intoxicated. We encourage the use of designated drivers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Copper & Oak Distillery and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copper & Oak Distillery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copper & Oak Distillery, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Returns and Refunds

Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns on spirits. Non-alcohol merchandise may be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nelson County, Kentucky.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
