1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Green Acres Organic Farm's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. CSA Membership Terms

• Membership Fees: Annual or seasonal membership fees are due at the time of registration.
• Produce Allocation: All produce is subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal value if specific items are unavailable.
• Cancellation: Members may cancel membership with written notice. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
• Pick-up Times: Members must pick up their boxes during designated hours. Unclaimed boxes are forfeited after 48 hours.

3. Farm Visits and Tours

• Safety: Visitors must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by farm staff.
• Liability: Visitors assume all risks associated with farm activities. Green Acres Organic Farm is not responsible for injuries or damages.
• Reservations: All tours and visits must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather or farm conditions.
• Photography: Guests may take photos for personal use only. Commercial photography requires prior permission.

4. Product Purchases

• Quality Assurance: All products are inspected for quality. Please inspect products upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
• Payment: Payment must be received before delivery or pick-up of any products.
• Returns: Defective products may be returned within 7 days for replacement or refund.

5. Website Terms

• Content: All content on our website is provided for informational purposes only.
• Intellectual Property: All materials on our website are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• User Conduct: Users may not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Acres Organic Farm is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
