Ordering & Delivery
We deliver throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with same-day delivery available in San Francisco proper. For areas beyond the Bay Area, we ship nationwide via FedEx overnight to ensure freshness. Delivery fees vary by distance and are calculated at checkout.
Local deliveries are made Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We offer morning (9-12 PM) and afternoon (1-5 PM) delivery windows. For time-sensitive deliveries, please call us to arrange a specific time slot.
Absolutely! You can schedule deliveries up to 30 days in advance. For holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we recommend ordering at least one week ahead to guarantee availability of your preferred arrangement.
Weddings & Events
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak season (May through October). This allows ample time for consultations, design development, and sourcing specialty blooms. For smaller intimate ceremonies, 3-4 months notice may suffice.
Our complimentary consultation includes a 60-minute meeting (in-person or virtual) where we discuss your vision, color palette, venue details, and budget. We'll present mood boards, sample materials, and a detailed proposal within one week of our meeting.
Yes, our full-service event packages include delivery, installation, and breakdown. Our team arrives 2-3 hours before your event to ensure every arrangement is perfectly placed. We also offer day-of coordination for floral elements.
Subscriptions
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription plans featuring seasonal bouquets curated by our lead designers. Plans start at $65/delivery and can be paused or cancelled anytime. Each arrangement includes care instructions and flower food.
Absolutely! Our gift subscriptions are one of our most popular offerings. Choose from 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or annual plans. We include a personalized card with your message and a beautiful presentation box for the first delivery.
Flower Care
With proper care, most of our arrangements last 7-10 days. Some varieties like chrysanthemums and carnations can last up to two weeks. We include detailed care instructions with every delivery to help maximize longevity.
We guarantee the freshness and quality of every arrangement. If flowers arrive damaged or wilt prematurely (within 3 days), contact us with a photo and we'll send a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
