1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website at atelierfloral.com or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Atelier Floral offers custom floral arrangements, event florals, wedding flowers, subscriptions, and related services. All products are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown, as we use fresh, seasonal ingredients.

  • Flowers are natural products and may vary in color, size, and availability
  • We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value
  • Seasonal availability may affect specific flower varieties
  • Images are representative and actual arrangements may differ

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and payment information

4. Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders within the requested delivery window. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors such as traffic, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM within San Francisco
  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers will be left in a safe location

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
  • Wedding and event orders follow the cancellation schedule outlined in your contract
  • If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will offer a replacement arrangement or store credit at our discretion

6. Subscriptions

Flower subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Atelier Floral and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier Floral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
