How do I create my first invoice?
Sign up free, click "New Invoice", fill in client details and line items, then hit Send. Takes about 60 seconds.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! 5 invoices/month, 1 payment method, basic reports. No credit card required.
Can I import from other tools?
Yes — CSV import from QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, and Xero. Our wizard walks you through it.
Payments
What payment methods are supported?
Credit/debit cards, ACH, PayPal, Stripe, and wire transfers in 135+ currencies.
How fast do I get paid?
Card payments: 2 business days. ACH: 3-5 days. Same-day available on Pro plan.
Are there transaction fees?
No InvoicePro fees on top of processor rates. Cards: 2.9% + $0.30. ACH: 1% (max $5).
