Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of InvoicePro. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate info, maintain credential security, and be at least 18 years old.

2. Service Description

InvoicePro provides online invoicing, billing, time tracking, and payment processing. We may modify features with 30 days' notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use InvoicePro for fraudulent billing
• Invoice for illegal goods or services
• Circumvent payment security
• Share credentials with unauthorized parties
• Scrape or overload our systems

4. Pricing & Billing

Free plans have usage limits. Paid plans billed in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Payment Processing

Handled by Stripe/PayPal. InvoicePro isn't responsible for processor downtime or disputes. Fees disclosed before enabling payments.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We don't claim rights to your content. Export anytime in CSV, JSON, or PDF. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

InvoicePro software and branding are our property. Invoice templates are licensed for your use but may not be resold.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for: late payments by processors, tax calculation errors, revenue lost from downtime, or client actions. Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Cancel anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. 30 days to export data after termination.

10. Changes

We may update Terms with 30 days' email notice. Continued use = acceptance.
