Welcome to MealBox. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

MealBox provides a meal kit delivery service that delivers fresh, pre-portioned ingredients and recipes to your door on a subscription basis. Our service is available to residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years or older.

2. Account Registration

To use MealBox, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each week unless paused, skipped, or cancelled
  • You will be charged on the day your order is finalized (typically 5 days before delivery)
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice; we will notify you of any price changes
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
  • Promotional pricing applies to the first order only unless otherwise stated

4. Skipping, Pausing, and Cancelling

You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before the weekly cutoff (5 days before your scheduled delivery). Orders that have been finalized cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver to the address specified in your account
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe drop-off location is accessible
  • We are not responsible for food safety after delivery has been made
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

6. Food Safety and Allergies

While we label all known allergens, our facilities process common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please consult your physician before using our service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a credit, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Please include photos of any issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All recipes, content, branding, and materials on our website and in our meal kits are owned by MealBox. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MealBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Privacy

Your use of MealBox is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
