We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Creation

To use certain features of ProjectHub, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through ProjectHub ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.

License Grant

By using ProjectHub, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to share it. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

Plans & Pricing

ProjectHub offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

ProjectHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProjectHub, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software.

ProjectHub integrates with various third-party services (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Google Drive). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Any issues with third-party integrations should be directed to the respective providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of ProjectHub after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
