1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our CRM service:

  • Account data: Name, email, company, role
  • CRM data: Contacts, deals, activities you enter into the platform
  • Usage data: Feature usage, interactions, device info
  • Integration data: Data synced from connected third-party services

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, generate AI-powered insights and predictions, send service notifications, and respond to support requests. We never sell your data.

3. AI & Machine Learning

Our AI features (deal scoring, forecasting, suggestions) train on your organization's data only. We do not use your data to train models for other customers. You can opt out of AI features at any time.

4. Data Security

SOC 2 Type II certified. All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Regular penetration testing, access logging, and security audits. GDPR and CCPA compliant.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You can request full data export or deletion at any time by contacting privacy@salesforce-crm.com.

6. Your Rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Opt out of marketing communications. Manage cookie preferences. Contact: privacy@salesforce-crm.com
