Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SalesForce CRM ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SalesForce CRM provides AI-powered sales management tools including pipeline management, deal tracking, revenue forecasting, and team analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying us of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Service
  • Resell the Service without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Cancel anytime; access continues through your billing period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We process it solely to provide the Service. Export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans with scheduled maintenance communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Data retained 90 days post-termination, then permanently deleted.
