SearchAI is built on a privacy-first architecture. We do not store search queries, build user profiles, or sell any data to advertisers. Your searches are your business, not ours.

2. Information We Collect

For account holders: email address and payment information. For all users: aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (total query volume, response times) that cannot be linked to individual users.

3. Search Queries

Search queries are processed in real-time and discarded after the response is generated. We do not log, store, or analyze individual search queries. Pro users who opt into search history can delete it at any time.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and preference storage (theme, language). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified. We conduct regular third-party security audits.

6. Your Rights

You can request data export or deletion at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@searchai.example.com. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations.
