3. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Accounts are for individual use unless you have an Enterprise plan.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use SearchAI for illegal activities, to generate harmful content, to circumvent rate limits, or to scrape/resell results without API access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. API Terms

API access is subject to rate limits defined by your plan. Exceeding limits may result in throttling. API responses may not be cached for redistribution without written permission.

6. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime. We offer a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

SearchAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on search results. Always verify critical information from primary sources.
