1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company) and automatically (IP address, browser type, usage data). For integrations, we only request the minimum OAuth scopes necessary.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve SyncFlow, communicate important updates, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II certified. Third-party credentials are stored using hardware security modules (HSMs).

4. Data Retention

Workflow execution logs are retained for 30 days on Free plans, 90 days on Pro, and customizable on Enterprise. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. For GDPR or CCPA requests, email privacy@syncflow.io.
