1. Acceptance
By using SyncFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SyncFlow provides workflow automation tools that connect third-party applications. We facilitate data transfer between apps based on your configured workflows but are not responsible for third-party service availability.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account security, the workflows you create, and ensuring your automations comply with applicable laws and the terms of connected third-party services.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use SyncFlow for illegal activities, spam, scraping in violation of terms, or actions that could harm SyncFlow or other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Task overages on paid plans are billed at the end of the billing period.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for third-party service outages.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
