Appointments
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment online through our booking page, call us at (555) PAWSOME, or use our mobile app. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for routine visits.
What should I bring to my pet's first visit?
Please bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, a list of current medications, a recent stool sample (if possible), and your pet in a secure carrier or on a leash.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Emergencies are always understood.

Do you offer emergency services?
Yes! We have a dedicated emergency team available 24/7, 365 days a year. For emergencies, call (555) 911-PETS.
What types of pets do you treat?
We treat dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles, and other small mammals. For exotic species, please call ahead to ensure we have a specialist available.
How often does my pet need a wellness exam?
Adult pets (1-7 years) should have annual exams. Puppies, kittens, and senior pets (7+ years) benefit from more frequent visits - typically every 6 months for seniors and more often for young pets during their vaccination schedule.
Payment & Insurance
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes! We work with all major pet insurance providers. We provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend Healthy Paws, Trupanion, and Embrace.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger expenses, we partner with CareCredit and Scratchpay to offer flexible payment plans. Ask our front desk for more information about financing options.
