Terms of Service

Welcome to Sanctuary Wellness Retreat. By using our facilities or services, you agree to these terms.

Membership & Payments

• Monthly memberships renew automatically and can be cancelled with 30 days notice
• Annual memberships are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period
• Drop-in payments are due before class

Class Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $10 fee for members and forfeiture of drop-in payment.

Health & Safety

• You participate in all classes at your own risk
• Please inform your teacher of any injuries or health conditions before class
• If you feel unwell, please rest or leave the class
• We recommend consulting a physician before starting a new exercise program

Studio Etiquette

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before class
• Remove shoes before entering practice spaces
• Silence phones during classes
• Respect the quiet spaces and other practitioners

Liability

Sanctuary Wellness Retreat is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes, workshops, or retreats. Participants assume full responsibility for their health and safety.
