Handmade Nature: All our pottery is handcrafted. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in size, color, and texture from photographs. These variations are part of the handmade character and are not defects.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase for standard orders. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping or pickup.

Processing Time: Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders follow the timeline discussed during consultation (typically 4-12 weeks).

Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Risk of Loss: All items are shipped insured. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Damage in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review product photos and dimensions carefully before ordering.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Registration: Class registration is complete upon receipt of full payment. Spots are not reserved until payment is processed.

Cancellation by You: Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before class. Within 48 hours, we offer class credit valid for 6 months. No-shows forfeit their registration fee.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Class Materials: All materials are included in class fees unless otherwise noted. You may keep pieces you create (subject to firing and glazing, which adds 2-3 weeks to pickup).

Liability Waiver: Participants must sign a liability waiver before class. Working with clay and kilns involves some inherent risks. Participants assume responsibility for following safety instructions.

Our Content: All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Terra Studio and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limited License: You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Your Photos: By submitting photos of your purchases or class work to us (via email, social media, or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for marketing purposes.
