Product Information

All pottery pieces are handmade and unique. Slight variations in size, shape, and glaze are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and should be expected. Product photos are representative; actual items may vary.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with balance due upon completion.

Shipping & Returns

We carefully package all items for shipping. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on undamaged items.

Class Policies

Class fees must be paid at time of registration. Cancellations made 7+ days before class receive full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive credit toward future classes. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment with full refunds provided.

Custom Orders

Custom order deposits are non-refundable. Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary based on kiln schedules and complexity. We'll provide progress updates throughout production.

Liability

Earthen Studio is not liable for injuries that occur on our premises. Class participants assume all risk. All pottery is fired to cone 6 and is food-safe, but we cannot guarantee against individual allergies or sensitivities.
