Our Story
DocuMate started in 2021 when our founders were frustrated with existing documentation tools. They were either too complex, too ugly, or both. We knew there had to be a better way.
After months of research talking to developers, technical writers, and product managers, we built the first version of DocuMate. It focused on three things: beautiful design, powerful search, and developer experience.
