2. Description of Service

ExpenseFlow provides cloud-based expense management software including receipt scanning, expense tracking, approval workflows, and integrations with third-party services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

ExpenseFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
