3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

As a data processor, we comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of our Service complies with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion.
