Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking online to guarantee entry during peak times (weekends, holidays, special events). Plus, you save 10% when purchasing online.
What's included in general admission?
General admission includes access to all 6 exhibit halls, one planetarium show of your choice, and all live science demonstrations. Telescope viewing and special exhibitions require an upgrade or add-on.
Can I get a refund or reschedule?
Tickets can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your visit at no charge. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. After that, tickets can only be rescheduled.
Is telescope viewing guaranteed?
Telescope viewing is weather-dependent. If skies are cloudy, we offer alternative programming (virtual sky tour, control room demonstration). If weather cancels your telescope add-on, you'll receive a full refund for that portion.
