Pricing & Plans
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our free plan includes 3 active surveys, 100 responses per month, and 10 question types. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and are SOC 2 Type II certified. We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Can respondents remain anonymous?
Yes. You can enable anonymous mode on any survey. When enabled, we do not collect IP addresses, cookies, or any identifying information from respondents.
