Introducing Syncflow 2.0: The Future of Team Collaboration
Today marks a significant milestone in our journey. After months of development and feedback from thousands of teams, we're thrilled to announce Syncflow 2.0 — our biggest update yet.
When we launched Syncflow in 2022, our mission was simple: make team collaboration effortless. Two years and millions of tasks later, we've learned a lot about what teams need to ship faster. Version 2.0 is the culmination of those learnings.
What's New
1. Redesigned Interface
We've completely reimagined the Syncflow interface with a focus on clarity and speed. The new design reduces visual clutter while making important actions more accessible. Dark mode is now even more beautiful, and light mode gets a refresh too.

2. Custom Views
Every team works differently. With custom views, you can now create personalized layouts that match your workflow. Combine filters, grouping, and sorting in endless ways. Save your favorite views and share them with teammates.
- Create unlimited custom views per project
- Advanced filtering with AND/OR logic
- Group by any field, nest up to 3 levels deep
- Share views with specific team members or everyone
3. Advanced Automation
Automation 2.0 brings powerful new capabilities. Build complex workflows with conditional logic, schedule automations, and connect multiple projects. We've also added 50+ new automation actions.
4. Performance Improvements
Speed matters. We've rebuilt core parts of Syncflow to be faster than ever. Pages now load 3x faster, syncing is near-instant, and the app feels snappier throughout. We've also improved offline support — work continues even when you lose connection.
