Wheel Throwing Basics

About This Class

Discover the meditative art of wheel throwing in this hands-on workshop designed for complete beginners. You'll learn the fundamentals of centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping your first pieces—all in a supportive, creative environment.

By the end of this 3-hour session, you'll have created 2-3 pieces (bowls, mugs, or small vases) that will be bisque fired and ready for you to glaze in a follow-up session. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and willingness to get your hands dirty!
