Under the masterful direction of Executive Chef Michel Laurent, Lumière has earned its place among the world's finest restaurants. Each evening, a limited number of guests embark on a 12-course tasting journey that celebrates the bounty of California through a French lens.
Ingredients are sourced from local farms, the Pacific Ocean, and our own rooftop garden. The result is cuisine that honors tradition while embracing innovation.

Mediterranean Cuisine
