Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation at The Grand Estate.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night's accommodation.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at check-in. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not disturb other guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Liability

The Grand Estate is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
