1. Reservations and Booking
1.1 Making a Reservation
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or through authorized travel agents. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Room Rates
Room rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Additional charges apply for extra guests, rollaway beds, or cribs.
1.3 Rate Guarantee
We guarantee the best available rate when booking directly through our website. If you find a lower rate within 24 hours of booking, we will match it and provide an additional 10% discount.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Standard Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival: No charge
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival: One night's room rate plus tax
- No-shows: Full stay will be charged
2.2 Special Rates and Packages
Prepaid, advance purchase, and special promotional rates may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
2.3 Group Bookings
Group reservations (5 or more rooms) are subject to separate cancellation policies as outlined in your group contract.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Early check-in: Subject to availability, may incur additional charge
- Late check-out: Subject to availability; charges may apply after 2:00 PM
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card at check-in. The credit card holder must be present for authorization.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1 Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates this policy.
4.2 Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest's account.
4.3 Smoking Policy
The Grand is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and within 25 feet of any entrance. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for smoking violations.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards with credit card functionality
- Cash (for incidental charges only; room must be guaranteed by credit card)
- Wire transfer (for advance bookings only)
5.2 Incidental Hold
A hold of $150 per night plus tax will be placed on your credit card at check-in for incidentals. This hold will be released upon check-out after all charges are settled.
5.3 Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars. International guests may be subject to currency conversion fees from their financial institution.
6. Hotel Services and Amenities
6.1 Dining
Restaurant reservations are recommended and subject to availability. Dress codes apply to certain venues. Private dining and special dietary requests should be arranged in advance.
6.2 Spa
Spa appointments require 24-hour advance booking. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of service cost. No-shows will be charged full price.
6.3 Pool and Fitness Center
Pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The Fitness Center is open 24 hours. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Proper attire is required.
7. Liability and Valuables
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. In-room safes are provided for your convenience. For valuable items, please use the hotel safe deposit boxes available at the Front Desk.
8. Pet Policy
The Grand welcomes dogs under 25 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay applies. Pets must be leashed in public areas and are not permitted in restaurants or spa facilities. Pet-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability.
9. Age Requirements
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation or check in. Valid identification is required. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
10. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, or pandemics.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Grand Beverly Hills and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Amendments
The Grand reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
