Visiting the Estate

Yes, reservations are required for all tastings and tours. This allows us to provide a personalized, intimate experience for every guest. You can book online or call our tasting room at (707) 555-1893. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with our last tasting seating at 4:00 PM. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Extended hours may be available during special events—check our Events page for details.

Yes, our tasting room and main facilities are fully wheelchair accessible. The cave tours have some limitations due to the historic nature of the caves. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs and suggest the best experience for you.

Children are welcome at our estate. We offer grape juice tastings for younger guests and have beautiful grounds for families to enjoy. For private reserve tastings, we recommend adults only to maintain the intimate atmosphere.

Wine Tastings

We offer three tasting experiences: our Signature Tasting ($45) featuring five estate wines, the Reserve Collection ($85) with our finest vintages and artisan cheese, and the Private Cellar Experience ($150) for an intimate journey through our library wines with our sommelier.

Our Signature Tasting is approximately 45-60 minutes. The Reserve Collection experience lasts about 75-90 minutes. The Private Cellar Experience is our most comprehensive at 2 hours. We never rush our guests—savor and enjoy at your own pace.

Yes, the tasting fee is waived with a purchase of $100 or more (approximately 2 bottles for most wines). Wine Club members always enjoy complimentary tastings for themselves and up to 4 guests.

Wine Club Membership

We offer three tiers: Connoisseur (4 bottles quarterly), Aficionado (6 bottles quarterly), and Collector (12 bottles quarterly). Each tier includes a 15-20% discount on all purchases, complimentary tastings, and exclusive member events. Visit our Wine Club page for full details.

Absolutely! While our winemaker curates each shipment with seasonal selections, you can customize your order up to 7 days before the ship date. Swap wines, adjust quantities, or choose all reds, all whites, or a mix. Log into your member portal or contact our concierge team.

We ask for a minimum of two quarterly shipments to ensure you experience our wines across seasons. After that, you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees.

Ordering & Shipping

We ship to most U.S. states where permitted by law. Currently, we cannot ship to Alabama, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah. Contact us for the most current shipping information.

We use temperature-controlled shipping year-round. During hot months (May-September), we ship with ice packs and may hold shipments during extreme heat waves. All wines are packaged in protective styrofoam shippers designed for wine transport.

We stand behind every bottle. If a wine is corked or damaged, we'll replace it or refund your purchase. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with any concerns. For returns of unopen bottles, please reach out to our customer service team.
